Pulsara UNITED
Pulsara UNITED gives hospitals and other healthcare facilities Pulsara's full functionality for communicating internally and externally about patient cases. Pulsara UNITED organizations can dynamically build internal teams to manage all patients, including walk-ins, inpatients, and consults/transfers. Pulsara UNITED for Hospitals allows organizations to receive patients from inbound EMS and referral facilities, consult with providers from other organizations, and transfer patients to other Pulsara UNITED facilities. Pulsara UNITED also allows for sharing instant feedback with all providers involved in a case, and helps gather reporting data for internal QA/QI, accreditation, and national registries.

This package also includes Pulsara HQ, which is an accessible dashboard that allows admins to view all patients, along with real-time data that can actively be used to monitor and direct operations.

Pulsara ONE
Pulsara ONE gives hospitals and other healthcare facilities a free way to receive EMS patients and all prehospital communication, including multimedia and ECG transmissions. In addition to receiving inbound EMS patients, hospitals can start their own ED/inpatient cases, and then do a live consult or transfer to a receiving hospital on Pulsara UNITED. Pulsara ONE for Hospitals does not include the ability to create or communicate with internal teams on the patient channel.

If an entity purchases the Pulsara MED OPS package for your state or region, your organization will benefit from the following features as part of this inclusive purchase:
- Send and receive inter-facility requests (transfer, consult)

Pulsara UNITED
Pulsara UNITED for EMS gives ambulance agencies access to a wider array of tools to provide an expanded scope of practice, from looping in supervisors to forming the cornerstone for Community Paramedicine and Mobile Integrated Health initiatives. With Pulsara UNITED, EMS organizations can create teams dynamically and on the fly, and use telehealth to connect with physicians and specialists for treatment-in-place protocols.

This package also includes Pulsara HQ, which is an accessible dashboard that allows admins to view all units and all patients, along with real-time data, such as duration at each hospital, that can actively be used to monitor and direct operations. EMS admins can manage their entire fleet and all communication among providers from a single site.

Pulsara ONE
Pulsara ONE for EMS is free to EMS agencies, and includes the full scope of Pulsara's communication functionality for EMS, excepting CP/MIH capabilities. Pulsara ONE encompasses prehospital communication, allowing EMS to activate patient cases, send information to the hospital, and communicate with destination medical control. Pulsara ONE can replace the radio report, and includes ECG transmission and live video.

This upgrade includes creating and managing incidents such as MCIs, mass evacuations, and mass gatherings, as well as establishing alternate care sites.
