Pulsara UNITED
Pulsara UNITED gives hospitals and other healthcare facilities Pulsara's full functionality for communicating internally and externally about patient cases. Pulsara UNITED organizations can dynamically build internal teams to manage all patients, including walk-ins, inpatients, and consults/transfers. Pulsara UNITED allows organizations to receive patients from inbound EMS and referral facilities, consult with providers from other organizations, and transfer patients to other Pulsara UNITED facilities. Pulsara UNITED also allows for sharing instant feedback with all providers involved in a case, and helps gather reporting data for internal QA/QI, accreditation, and national registries.
This package also includes Pulsara HQ, which is an accessible dashboard that allows admins to view all patients, along with real-time data that can actively be used to monitor and direct operations.

Pulsara UNITED for EMS gives ambulance agencies access to a wider array of tools to provide an expanded scope of practice, from looping in supervisors to forming the cornerstone for Community Paramedicine and Mobile Integrated Health. With Pulsara UNITED, EMS organizations can create teams dynamically and on the fly, communicate with medical control, add supervisors to the channel, and use telehealth to connect with physicians and specialists for treatment-in-place protocols.
This package also includes Pulsara HQ, which is an accessible dashboard that allows admins to view all units and all patients, along with real-time data, such as duration at each hospital, that can actively be used to monitor and direct operations. EMS admins can manage their entire fleet and all communication among providers from a single site.

Training Environment
Train team members in a safe, isolated environment using a full copy of your configuration and role-specific generic users. The configuration can be updated, upon request, from your production instance, not to exceed four times per 12-month period. Additional updates can be performed at a fee.
