Pulsara Version 10.11 Includes New Call Status Functionality

Hello and happy February from your friendly Pulsara team! We have some sweet updates for you this month as we released Pulsara app version 10.11. This release features a number of bug fixes and behind-the-scenes updates that will have you saying “Be Mine.” As always, thanks to clinicians like you for your recommendations about how we can improve Pulsara.

Here's a quick snapshot of what's included in this release:

  • We added the ability to schedule next on call and off call status
  • Pulsara will remind users before their next automatic on or off call status change
  • Pulsara now notifies users who log into multiple devices that they won't receive alerts on their first device.

Read on for full details.

MOBILE 10.11: UPGRADE CONSIDERATION

Important Note: If you haven’t yet upgraded to version 10.10 (released on January 14, 2020) you will be required to enter your username and password upon first login after upgrading.

MOBILE 10.11: NEXT ON/OFF CALL

“Call me!” Or don’t. With the release of Pulsara 10.11, you can now schedule your next on call AND off call so that you don't need to remember to do it later when you might be doing more important things like sleeping or caring for your patients.

NEXT ON/OFF CALL REMINDER

And just to make this feature even more lovable, when you schedule your status we’ll also now send you a push notification reminder the next time you’re about to be automatically placed on or off call.

SAME USER, MULTIPLE DEVICES

Patient safety is the apple of our eye, so to ensure that it remains in tip-top shape, we’ve added a feature that enhances it. With this feature, when a clinician logs into a second device, Pulsara now sends a push notification to their first device letting them know that notifications will no longer be received on the first device. As a patient safety precaution, users can only receive push notifications on one device at a time.

As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help clarify any questions you might have.

Love,

Team Pulsara
