Bobby is a loyal, focused, high-achieving business leader and entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in healthcare information technology (HIT) delivering software as a service and five years managing a family-owned retail business. This diverse background has refined a strong mix of technical and soft skills. An entrepreneur at heart, he can think strategically and drive execution. Bobby has extensive experience implementing solutions in complex environments and working as a cross-functional project and team leader. He is passionate about “thinking customer first” and providing products and solutions that meet needs and establish lasting value.

Career hallmarks include leading the implementation of an ePCR solution for the Fire Department of New York (FDNY) and owning and operating a business with family members for nearly five years. Living in New York City for over four years, Bobby worked onsite with the FDNY to plan, direct, and coordinate the implementation and led ongoing support and optimization work. As a small business owner, Bobby led the operations team and was intimately involved in the business from front to back. In the nearly five years of ownership, their team achieved a 20% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) before the profitable business was successfully sold.

Today, Bobby leads the Customer Success Team as Pulsara's Director of Customer Success, providing award-winning support to our customers with expertise and care.

Outside Pulsara, Bobby prioritizes spending time with his wife and their four kids. He and his wife always look for good food and enjoy adventuring to that end. He is a lifelong learner and avid reader who enjoys a challenging workout.
