With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare as both a clinician and operational leader, Lee Wallace brings his extensive background to the Pulsara team as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives.
Throughout his career, Lee has served as a clinician and leader in EMS, hospital care, emergency management, and disaster preparedness. He has also managed patient care and systems improvement development for healthcare technology companies such as TeleTracking, Hospital IQ, and LeanTaaS. With a strong patient-centric approach, he also built and managed cutting-edge command centers and patient flow/throughput departments for McLeod Health and FirstHealth of the Carolinas.
As a solutions architect, Lee delivers sustainable outcomes through people, processes, and technology. Well-versed in the application of Lean Awareness principles and strategic and tactical data-driven decision-making, Lee utilizes process improvement strategies to enhance daily operations. His experience in AI, dashboard design, and workflow automation further supports his ability to foster innovation and excellence.
As Pulsara’s Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, Lee directs the company’s US business and strategic initiatives and operational objectives. His responsibilities include everything from developing and operationalizing US go-to-market strategy and business plans to expanding government relations and regional, state, and federal accounts.
In his spare time, Lee enjoys spending time with family, golfing, playing music, engaging in outdoor sports, and coaching.
